More than 160 species of dragonflies and damselflies have been documented in Massachusetts. This presentation is an introduction to species found in the southeastern part of the state and will include information about life cycle, behavior, habitat preferences, and identification. In addition, tips for finding and photographing these fascinating creatures will also be discussed.
This presentation will help us get ready for our Dragonfly and Damselfly walk on June 18th!
