Introduction to Cranberries of Southeastern Massachusetts with the Cape Cod Cranberry Grower’s Association

November 19 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Pamela Francis has been lecturing about cranberries with the Cape Cod Cranberry Growers‘ Association for several years. It is a joy to teach about the history of cranberries, how they grow and how they are harvested. Pam’s background is in elementary education, however, she is finding all age groups love to learn about how cranberries originated in this area of Massachusetts and why they continue to thrive.

Did you know our area is one of the largest and most historic areas for cranberry production? We will be welcoming the Cape Cod Cranberry Growers Association who will be giving us an opportunity to learn more about this important crop. Please register at www.marionmuseum.org
