Native Plants of Southeastern Massachusetts

April 29 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

With Martha “Mike” Schroeder. Using hands-on experience and role play, Mike hopes to deepen the children’s understanding that Native plants are important and they have adapted to survive where they are. Other native living things, such as birds, insects and mammals have adapted too, and depend on these plants to survive. Let’s see if we can learn to recognize some of these species.
