No experience necessary! This time around we will be meeting at the Marion Natural History Museum and Examining artifacts from the museum’s collections. We will be focusing on creating form on a 2-D surface from the specimens at the museum.
Join us as we learn different techniques to journal our natural world. Tricia owns and operates The Art & Nature Studio and teaches Art and Science illustration workshops. She has taught Nature Sketching and Journaling workshops for a variety of organizations in addition to ours including: the Wildlands Trust, the Soule Homestead, Clark University, and Bridgewater State University. She has a degree in Biology and Science Illustration from Bridgewater State University as well as a Certificate in Natural Science Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design. She is also a long time member of the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators.
